Terms of Service

1. Agreement and authority

By accessing EduSaarthi, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the relevant institution or to use the account assigned to you. Institution-specific order forms, proposals, data-processing terms, and written agreements form part of these terms and take priority where they conflict.

2. Accounts and school workspaces

• Keep credentials confidential and use only your assigned account.
• Maintain accurate school, branch, session, billing, and user information.
• Grant roles and permissions only to authorized people and remove access promptly when responsibilities change.
• Notify support promptly about suspected compromise, unauthorized access, or incorrect tenant assignment.

3. Configured service

Modules, users, limits, support, integrations, storage, and implementation scope depend on the selected plan and order. Features not included in a current plan may be hidden while retained data remains subject to the agreement and retention policy.

Trials and demonstrations may contain limitations, sample data, or temporary access and are not intended to replace a production agreement.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not access another school, user, child, employee, file, or record without authorization.
• Do not bypass permissions, security controls, rate limits, or tenant boundaries.
• Do not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, deceptive, or unnecessary sensitive content.
• Do not probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, resell, or misuse the service except where expressly permitted by law or agreement.
• Do not use messaging, payment, or connected providers in violation of their rules or applicable law.

5. School data and responsibilities

The subscribing institution retains responsibility for the accuracy, legality, notices, permissions, retention choices, and authorized use of the records it enters. The institution must verify fee structures, attendance rules, marks, payroll, receipts, certificates, and other consequential outputs before relying on them.

You grant Alethron Solution the limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display school data as needed to provide and protect the service.

6. Fees, taxes, and renewal

Pricing may be per student, periodic, or customized by module and implementation scope. Billing frequency, free periods, taxes, due dates, renewal, and suspension rules are stated in the applicable order or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, third-party provider charges are separate.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but planned maintenance, provider outages, internet conditions, emergencies, and security work may affect availability. Features may be improved, replaced, or retired with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Third-party services

Connected payment, messaging, biometric, storage, live-class, and other providers operate under their own terms. The institution is responsible for its provider accounts, credentials, approvals, content, and charges. EduSaarthi is not responsible for a third party's independent service or outage.

9. Intellectual property

EduSaarthi software, design, documentation, branding, and platform materials belong to Alethron Solution or its licensors. Schools retain their data and materials. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying confidential school information.

10. Suspension, termination, and export

Access may be limited or suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or to protect users and data. On termination, export availability and deletion follow the applicable agreement. Institutions should download required records before the agreed access window closes.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided under the warranties and service commitments stated in the applicable agreement. EduSaarthi does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, educational, or regulatory judgment. Liability limits and exclusions are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.

12. Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The dispute process and court jurisdiction, if any, are those stated in the applicable agreement or order. Questions may be sent to the support contact shown on the EduSaarthi website.
